Process_Description:
A 1999 NASA Landsat 7 image was downloaded from a NASA ftp site. Visible bands were output to jpeg using ENVI 3.2 image processing software. The jpeg image was cropped to the Northern Puget Sound Ecological Characterization (NPSEC) project boundary using PhotoShop. The cropped jpeg was then "rubber sheeted" to an ArcView coverage using aftermarket software (The Engine). The resulting ArcView image was then loaded into ArcGIS 8.2.
